During the early 1990 s as a real estate representative for Commercial Bank of San Francisco, Paul was responsible for analyzing and underwriting various commercial loan applications. Additionally, Paul designed and programmed several interactive spreadsheet templates to generate the valuation of many commercial real estate projects including Brickyard Landing, a Large mixed use development in Richmond, Ca. , Sequoia Station, a Regional Shopping Center in Redwood City, Ca. and the then Proposed Arco Arena Football stadium expansion in Sacramento, Ca. to name a few.
